SOLAR (School for Outdoor Leadership, Adventure, and Recreation) is a Southeast Michigan based club with more than 400 members. Founded in 1975, SOLAR remains dedicated to helping its members enjoy nature and outdoor activities. A group for parents and kids of all kinds, geared toward older children and with a focus on increasing physical activity, learning about our area, learning new skills, having fun with our families while socializing and connecting with others.
