Garmin Ique 3200

Hi,
I am a new member to this group and saw this message board and hoping someone can help me!

I've been geocaching for about a year or so, but I usually go with my b/f and we use his gps.
However, I have a Garmin Ique 3200 and have no idea how to use it for geocaching!

Does anyone have one and is willing to show me how to use it?
